All Spokatopia clinics require participants to have either a $5 Activity Pass or $15 Gold Pass, which you can get here. To get your pass, you’ll also need to sign a liability waiver. Once you have your pass, all clinics and activities at Spokatopia are included at no additional cost.

Yoga for Everyone

9-10 a.m. next to the stage.

This year’s outdoor yoga class led by yoga instructor Roxanne Best is open to anyone, whether you have done yoga before or not. Bring a mat if you have one but not necessary. Yoga is an amazing practice for everyone to increase flexibility and range of movement and relaxation, including mountain bikers, runners, hikers, and other outdoor enthusiasts.

MTB Suspension Tuning

Not a clinic exactly, but Wheel Sport will be offering free suspension tuning at their booth at Spokatopia. This is a good chance to learn more about adjusting and maintaining your mountain bike suspension from the experts.
